Growing up in a funeral business in Taylor PA, George has a very strong upbringing in a family business with strong values and morals. Carmella Gress
Chief Financial Officer/Owner
Carmella was born and raised in West Scranton. As a true business leader in the community she has the knowledge and skills to get the task completed. The Gress family was the founder of Golds Gym in Scranton and Kingston that was the leader in local fitness centers. Also, Gress Poultry and Refrigeration is a multimillion dollar business with operations throughout The United States. Carmella apprreciates all of the opportunity she has been given in life. Hard work will always be her work ethic.

Patrick Clark
Director - Commercial Services
Patrick Clark is Director of the Commercial Real Estate Services department at Semian & Gress Real Estate, headquartered in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Pat left to get his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Catholic University in Washington D.C. and then law degree and M.B.A. from Temple University in Philadelphia. While in Philadelphia, he began working in the commercial real estate world.
Patrick has returned to Northeastern Pennsylvania to head the Commercial Real Estate Services Department and is fully dedicated to providing our clients with a professional, innovative approach to satisfying their commercial real estate needs.
Patrick is a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania. He was named in the 2007 "Top 20 under 40" by the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal. Pat is also an attorney, currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He resides in Dunmore with his wife Kristen and son Jimmy.
